In the rapidly changing creative landscape it is easy to not be aware of all of the careers and opportunities that exist for high school students who have passions in the modern Arts sector. Because of this, many Career Coaches and Career Counselors are forced to search for broad opportunities that may be limited and do not truly represent the the plethora of career choices that exist for their students.

Pat Kraus
Pat Kraus is a senior music industry executive with over three decades of experience spanning recording studios, digital operations, and global music supply chains. Currently he is serving as SVP of Recording Studios & Archive Services at Universal Music Group where he oversees a portfolio of world-class facilities including East Iris Studios, Capitol Studios, and Universal’s archive operations across the U.S. and U.K. Kraus has built a career at the intersection of technology and music. Previously he held executive leadership roles at Sony DADC and Warner Music Group, where he led global media operations, engineering, and digital supply chain innovation. He began his career as a recording and mastering engineer, bringing a hands-on understanding of studio workflows that continues to inform his leadership today.
